Sunflower oil

Sunflower oil is a most important vegetable oil that is of national economic significance.

It has a smooth taste and is more nutrient and digestible than other vegetable oils; it does not accumulate at the vascular walls, moreover, it contributes to their constriction. It is considered to be the main source of linolenic acid and vitamin E. As an antioxidant, vitamin E provides protection against cardiovascular diseases, improves immune system, prevents senescence and atherosclerosis, stimulates the function of sexual, endocrine and other glands, contributes to uptake of lipids, vitamins A and D, and participates at protein and carbohydrate metabolism. Nutritive substances of refined and deodorized sunflower oil improve cholesterol metabolism.

Moreover, sunflower oil improves memory, as it protects brain cells from free radicals.

The lack of vitamin F has a negative impact on mucous membranes of the gut, the state of vessels, and leads to chronic liver diseases and arthritis. In order to prevent such problems we recommend you to use refined and deodorized sunflower oil in your dishes.
